Strengthening organizational system and creating enabling environment for Underserved communities living with HIV

Project Summary: The project aim to build strong and solidified physical support group system for community members across community NGOs in Lagos state providing HIV interventions in other to help address issues of Lost to Follow Up (LTFU) and poor retention in ART treatment and care. Also, having an online and physical support system or platform will somewhat increase retention and social well-being among underserved communities living with HIV and invariably boost the Nation’s plan of attaining the 2030 agenda.

ENHANCING EFFECTIVE HIV PREVENTION AND TREATMENT FOR marginalised Individuals living with hiv

Project Summary: The aim to strengthening TPLPI support groups to enhance effective HIV prevention and treatment services. It also aimed to create enabling environment for Marginalised Individuals in Lagos State to address stigma and discrimination faced in accessing healthcare, family, religious places, and community and to create equal access to inclusive, people-centered, accountable integrated and comprehensive HIV and SRHR services for Individuals in Lagos Nigeria and foster increase adherence amongst them.

Structural and Capacity Strengthening of TPLPI for Effective underserved Community Engagement

Project Summary: The project aims to address the significant challenges faced by marginalized individuals living with HIV in achieving their life goals. These challenges include the lack of long-term support structures for healthy living, such as economic, mental, and psychosocial support, as well as the need for a safe space to exist without judgment. To tackle these issues, the TPLPI organization seeks technical support to strengthen and institutionalize itself.

Project Summary: The project aims to scale up the TPLPI initiative on an inclusive, people-centred, accountable, integrated, comprehensive HIV and SRHR services support system for community members, which has been in Lagos state only. It is also to support TPLPI to scale up this initiative beyond just Lagos but to the Southwestern region of Nigeria and to create a network of community members that oversees and caters to their specific needs through appropriate research needs. It also aims to strengthen her advocacy and institutional capacity to achieve their project goals.

EmPower – Empowering Young marginalized individuals living with HIV in underserved communities

Project Summary: The project aims to address challenges faced by Nigeria’s LGBTQI+ community, specifically Marginalised individuals. Through targeted advocacy, SOGIESC sensitization, socioeconomic empowerment, and community-based research, TPLPI aims to create a more inclusive and just society for this vulnerable group.

DigitalRainbow: Empowering young marginalised individuals with Inclusive Digital Health & Rights

Project Summary: The project aims to create an inclusive digital space for young marginalised individuals from underserved communities through strong digital health campaigns and advocacy and strengthening them with innovative digital literacy skills to enhance digital health and rights information among their peers.

Project Summary: This project addresses the critical challenges faced by grassroots Civil Society Organizations (CSOs) in achieving their goals due to limited funding, inadequate capacity, and fragmented networks. Our primary aim is to enhance access to sustainable funding opportunities, strengthen organizational capacity, and foster meaningful collaboration among grassroots CSOs.

Project Summary:  The project aided in providing HIV prevention, linkages, and care and support services for KPs, their sexual partners, and children. It also helped in addressing GBV in this groups
