Compliance Manager
Peter George is a dedicated Finance Officer at the THINK POSITIVE LIVE POSITIVE SUPPORT INITIATIVE, an organization devoted to assisting vulnerable Key Populations (KPs). As they studies finance at the National Open University of Nigeria, Peter actively applies their growing expertise to support the financial aspects of the initiative's critical mission. Beyond finance, they have honed various personal skills vital to achieving their career and life objectives. An avid reader, Peter thrives on learning from the experiences of others, continually seeking knowledge to improve themself and their work. Their love for animals, particularly dogs, and cats, highlights their compassionate nature, evident in their interactions with both colleagues and the KPs served. Their genuine curiosity about the environment also drives them to explore and understand the world around him better.

Gab-cliton Offor (They/Them)
Executive Director
Gab-cliton Offor is an I.T Programmer, Human Rights & Gender Justice Advocate, SRHR Advocate, HIV Champion, Feminist, LGBTQI-youth champion, and Digital health expert. They are the Executive Director of Think Positive Live Positive Support Initiative, leading the organization with an unwavering commitment to positively impacting marginalized communities' lives. Gab-cliton uses their experiences and expertise to advance HIV programs, human rights, gender justice, and social justice causes. They advocate for SRHR, HIV awareness and cure, gender equality, and LGBTQI-youth rights. Their diverse skills and passion drive positive change and foster a more inclusive society.

Chukwuma Kingsley (They/Them)
Communications Officer
Chukwuma Kingsley is a young, dedicated creative in the LGBTQI community, known for their active role in community facilitation, engagement and communication. With a strong passion for advocating for sexual and reproductive health and rights (SRHR), Chukwuma has dedicated their efforts to raising awareness about the unique challenges faced by LGBTQI individuals in accessing healthcare and information related to their well-being.
They are also a creative UI/UX designer solving human problems with intuitive, visually appealing and user-friendly designs.

K. K. S. Kelsey (They/Them)
Advocacy and Policy Director.
They are commonly known as Kelsey. Kelsey is a dedicated creative advocate for social justice, empowering marginalized communities, like PLHIV, LGBTQI, and LBTQ womxn, through inclusive storytelling initiatives and fostering positive change with passion and empathy. Kelsey is passionate about health and the environment, empowering farmers, especially LBTQ womxn, through climate-smart agriculture, striving for sustainability and gender equality.

Eneze Victoria (She/Her)
Research Officer
Victoria is passionate about using data to make a real difference in people’s lives. She holds a Master’s degree in Educational Measurement and Evaluation, which means she’s great at understanding and working with numbers to help find better ways to solve problems.
As a feminist, Victoria believes in fairness and equality for everyone, especially women. She’s dedicated to making sure that the research she does can help support these values.

Animashaun Azeez (He/Them)
Program Director
Animashaun Azeez is a passionate advocate for Sexual Reproductive Health and Rights and a driving force for positive change within the grassroots LGBTQI community in Lagos state, Nigeria. They champion the rights of the LGBTQI community and strives to create a supportive and inclusive environment. Azeez's commitment to improving the quality of life for LGBTQI individuals is unwavering. They have expertise in economics and project management, which has been invaluable in designing, managing, and implementing programs focused on LGBTQI public advocacy, education, and research. Azeez is a dedicated team player and fosters a positive atmosphere that motivates and inspires others. With Azeez at the forefront of the LGBTQI rights movement in Lagos state, Nigeria, the future holds promise for a more inclusive and equitable society.

Jerry Ogunyemi (He/Him)
Finance Manager
Jerry is our Finance Manager who plays a vital role in overseeing the organisation’s finances. With an HND in Banking and Finance, a BSc in Accounting, and currently pursuing an MBA, he brings a solid academic background to the team.
With several years of experience in financial management, Jerry ensures that budgeting, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance are managed accurately and carefully, helping the organisation remain financially sound and mission-driven.

Zedomi Mathew (He/Him/They/Them)
Monitoring & Evaluation Manager
Zedomi Mathew is an invaluable member of the Think Positive Live Positive Support Initiative (TPLPI), contributing as a Development/Operations Officer, Sexual Reproductive Health Advocate, Sexual and Gender Minority Activist, Youth Vital Solutions Innovator, and Environmentalist. Certified as a Guidance Counselor and recognized as a Young African Leaders Initiative (YALI) Fellow, Zedomi passionately supports TPLPI's mission, aligned with the United Nations' Sustainable Development Goal 3 - Good Health and Well-being. Their tireless efforts have significantly improved the lives of his community by expanding TPLPI's interventions and empowering members to overcome health challenges. Additionally, Zedomi actively promotes HIV/AIDS education among adolescents and youths while advocating for environmental sustainability and the rights of sexual and gender minorities.

Olaniyi Micheal (He/Him)
M&E Intern
Micheal Olaniyi is our dedicated Monitoring and Evaluation Officer intern at TPLPI, where he plays a vital role in data collection, evaluations, and community-based research around HIV/AIDS. Currently a student at Lagos State University, he has a strong background in SRHR education, HIV prevention, and stigma reduction. Micheal is passionate about fostering inclusive environments and uplifting marginalized voices through his data driven work.
